How your order travels
Parcels make the trip in five stages. Your tracking page shows which stage your order has reached and when it got there.

Your order has left our partner warehouse and been handed to the carrier.
- In transit
Your parcel is travelling internationally towards your country.
- Arrived in your country
Your parcel has reached your country and is with the local delivery service.
- Out for delivery
Your parcel is on its way to your door and should arrive soon.
- Delivered
Your parcel has been delivered. We hope your pet settles in happily.
When tracking appears
Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. It can take a few hours after that before it shows up here.
How often it updates
Our team checks every parcel with the carrier and updates its stage by hand, so this page may run a few hours behind the carrier's own scans.
If something looks wrong
If your parcel has not moved for a while or shows a delivery problem, email mypetiny@gmail.com and we will look into it.
